Training Days & New Inventory. Our Denmark-based spare parts team has finalized training on DirectMed’s processes and procedures.

• We searched LBN part requests from the past year to match their future inventory with customers’ needs. Over 1,000 SKUs are shipping into LBNs Inventory.
  

  Senior team members visited Denmark multiple times in 2022 to train and prep parts for delivery to EU.

• DirectMed will continue to be focused on North & South America. Clients around the rest of the world will be transitioned to the LBN parts team by the end of April. Account reps will be talking with you directly.

Purchase Establishes European Distribution for MRI and CT Parts

DirectMed Parts & Service (“DirectMed”) announced today that it has acquired LBN Medical (“LBN” or the “Company”). Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Headquartered in Aalborg, Denmark, LBN is a leading reseller of aftermarket diagnostic imaging equipment to customers around the world. LBN sells complete systems and parts covering more than fifteen brands, including major OEMs such as Canon, GE, Hologic, Siemens, and Philips. The Company was founded in 2003 by CEO Lars Braun Nielsen and has since grown to more than 50 employees at facilities in Denmark and Egypt.
