This is an F70 compressor, which keeps your liquid helium cold. Proper maintenance is essential to prevent system failures.
Over time, impurities can build up in the compressor lines. To prevent contamination, replace the absorber every two years. If the compressor timer reaches 20,000 hours before the two‑year mark, you must replace the absorber at that point.
Contaminated lines can cause problems with the magnet‑cooling system, so following this schedule is crucial for reliable operation.
