In this video series, we’ll cover the new SOMATOM go platform using Syngo Native. Today, I’ll show you where your local service page is stored and how to find your event messages in the new Message Viewer.
1. Accessing the Admin Portal
a. From the Home Screen
- From the Home Screen of your syngo native interface, hover over the gear (cogwheel) icon.
- Select Administration portal EN.
- This serves as your local service page for syngo native.
b. Login Methods
- System Username/Password (for example, an administrative account)
- Service Key
- Import a New Service Key
- Copy and Paste a 280-digit service key
In this example, I’ll use a system administration username and log in to the Admin Portal.
2. Locating the Message Viewer
a. Message Viewer Icon
- Once inside the Admin Portal, look to the top-right corner for a small icon labeled Open message viewer.
b. Expanding the Viewer
- Pause briefly while the log loads.
- Double-click the heading at the top of the viewer to maximize your view.
c. Filtering Messages
- Search for system Errors, Warnings, or Information messages as needed.
